“Absolutely incredible couple of nights spent in this lovely unique hotel. I have to say every single member of staff provided such a high standard of customer service that was both warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mentions must go to Charlie, Artem and Lionel. Make sure you ask Artem about the specially designed lift which was fascinating and his passion for the hotel and the guest experience went way above. Truly exceptional and DO have the signature porridge! Thank you. Gary & Claire” Tripadvisor Review - September 2026
